a display of local and regional visual art. Performances

theater provides top notch Canadian and international
performances in a cozy setting. We would be happy

Royal Theater is a turn-of the century European style
venue. With a seating capacity of just 1400, its an
intimate theatre that offers a great view no matter
where you sit. Book your seats up close to take in
the details, farther back for a broader perspective,
or in the boxes to see and be seen. Wheelchair seating
is also available. Ask your reservations agent for
information about what performance will be on during
your visit.

Geographic IMAX Theatre
This is one of the
newest attractions in the downtown area and has proved
to be a favourite among our guests. With a screen
that is six stories high, the images seem to come
to life. This is one of only six National Geographic
IMAX theatres, so they tend to get films of very high
quality. There are new releases several times throughout
the year. The IMAX is located in the Royal B.C. Museum.
